SHIPPING

Shipments of orders placed at NORKID will be shipped via courier companies.

The order placed by the user will be delivered within 24/48 hours in working days from the confirmation of the order.

Shipping costs will appear with the appropriate separation in the final price of the sale on all orders. The shipping cost to Spain (peninsula) and Portugal is 6,5 €.

For purchases from the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla or outside Spain, the taxes levied at customs, as well as the processing costs therein, are not included.

RETURNS

Through the website you will be able to return any item that is not of your total satisfaction. To return a product you have 14 days from the receipt of the order.

To request the return, you must contact by email to info@norkid.com indicating the order number, a contact telephone number, and the name and surname of the person who placed the order. For returns on the peninsula, we will contact you and our courier company will collect the item (s) you wish to return at your home.

When we receive the item will be thoroughly analyzed to verify that it is in perfect condition, unused, with its labels, its brand seal and container bag in perfect condition.

Once the item has been analysed, we will inform you shortly if the return is accepted or not and we will send you an email with confirmation of the return.

We will refund the money corresponding to the product returned by the same method of payment with which it was purchased, within a maximum of 10 days. Partial returns of an order will result in refunds of the product price. In the case of returns outside the peninsula you will have to send us the merchandise to be returned. The customer will be responsible for shipping the product or the cost of returning the product and we will not accept returns sent to postage due.

SIZE CHANGES

Through the website you can change any article. To change a product you have 14 days from the reception of the order.

To request the change, you must contact by email to info@norkid.com indicating the order number, a contact telephone number, and the name and surname of the person who placed the order. You must also indicate the article you wish to change (model, size and weight) for the new article you wish to receive (model, size and weight). For size changes on the peninsula, we will contact you and our courier company will collect the item (s) you wish to change at your home.

In the event that the user wants to exchange an item for another one, of a different price, he or she must return it for a refund and make a new purchase.

When we receive the item will be thoroughly analyzed to verify that it is in perfect condition, unused, with its labels, its brand seal and container bag in perfect condition.

Once the article has been analyzed, we will send you an email with confirmation of the change.

In the event of size changes outside the peninsula, the customer will be responsible for shipping the product to our facilities or shipping costs of the product.
